Appointment booking & registration
Message us on WhatsApp — we confirm your doctor, fee and date. Then register at emagene.asia/signup.
Please complete registration within 72 hours — the slot may otherwise be released to another patient.
Each patient needs their own email address and phone number. Booking for two or more people?

Consultation
A comprehensive one-to-two-hour consultation dedicated to your medical history, existing reports, symptoms and health goals — in person at our centre, or virtually over Google Meet.
Available languages: Malay, English, Chinese, or subject to doctor
Medical Check-Up or Treatment
If your doctor needs a clearer picture, they may recommend blood tests, specialised diagnostic assessments or treatments. Nothing is ordered without discussing it with you first, and each item is quoted separately from the consultation fee.
Report Review
Your doctor walks you through every result in plain language, explains what it means for you, and recommends what to do next.
Treatment Plan
A plan built around your results, which may include supplements, medical devices, lifestyle guidance or targeted therapies, all discussed with you before anything begins
Follow-Up
Monthly, or as advised by your doctor: ongoing monitoring, adjustments to your plan, and support from your Health Coach in between.

Your exact fee depends on the doctor our team assigns — based on your health concerns, preferred language and appointment availability. These fees reflect the time and detailed preparation a functional medicine consultation involves.

New initial consultations with Dr. Shirley are fully booked. Earlier dates are available with our other doctors. Every case here is managed by one integrated clinical team. Your doctor reviews your case together with Dr. Shirley, so the same standard of care applies whoever you see.
Should you prefer to wait for Dr. Shirley, a 50% deposit (RM275) is required to secure your appointment. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be requested no later than one month before the appointment date; requests made after that time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Subsequent follow-ups are RM80 with any doctor.

How is my doctor chosen?
Our team reviews the health concerns you share and assigns the doctor best suited to them, taking into account your preferred language and appointment availability. We confirm the doctor and the exact fee with you before booking.
Can I request a specific doctor?
Yes — simply tell us, and we will arrange it subject to that doctor's availability and their fee, shown above.
Can the consultation be online?
Yes. Consultations can be held in person at our centre or virtually over Google Meet; the meeting details are sent to you before your appointment.
What if I need to reschedule?
Message our team as early as you can. For appointments secured with a deposit, cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least one month before the appointment date; later than that, the deposit is forfeited and a new 50% deposit is required for a new slot.
We are two or more patients — can we book together?
Of course. Send each person's name, nationality, current location, preferred language and main health concerns. Each case is reviewed separately, so you may be assigned different doctors or appointment times.
